•   Bachelor's degree or Project Management Institute Certification with 5 years of upstream oil and gas project controls experience.

•   No degree with 10 years 0f equivalent technical experience of which  8 years are in upstream oil and gas design

•   Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including producing and maintaining resource loaded schedules using commercial packages such as Microsoft Project and all Microsoft office products.
