-Australian or New Zealand citizen, holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa or an International student

-Commencing or continuing undergraduate student in the Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering or the double degree of Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Bachelor of Business and Commerce at the Monash Gippsland campus
