    President Goodluck Jonathan is expected to address Nigerians in a nationwide radio and television broadcast at 7a.m on Tuesday.
     This was contained in a statement by presidential Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Reuben Abati.
     President Jonathan may address the raging controversy over calls for his administration to call for a review of the2002 judgment of the International Court of Justice which awarded Bakassi Peninsula to Cameroun
