The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a case filed by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) spokesman, Olisa Metuh against the Federal Government. Metuh had taken the FG to court over his arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The case was dismissed by presiding judge, Justice Okon Abang on Thursday, February 25, 2016 because neither Metuh nor his lawyer showed up for the hearing of the matter.
