The alleged statement by MURIC that Yoruba Muslim will not vote for Christian Presidential Candidates should be seen as incisive, divisive and retrogressive, unhealthy for national unity. Thus, remains hate speech and capable of setting Moslems against Christians in Nigeria. Nigerians are truly in search of a real national leader and not a tribal, sectional, regional leader based on religious consideration. Nigeria is bigger than such parochial sentiments, we want leader who build a nation of equal opportunities that allows for healthy competition among the diverse ethnic, tribal, regional and religious interest, as to provide Nigeria with the best and most competent candidates and leaders across board. Never again shall the nation hearken to such misleading calls capable of fanning the embers of hatred and division. For, we are one Nigeria and should be seen and known to live as such in words and in deeds.
