Nigerian singer, Oritsefemi, 31, has called out fellow artiste, Rayce to quit claiming he’s still signed to his label, MSN.
The singer today, April 8, 2016 took to Instagram to warn Rayce stop using his company’s MSN gang trademark.
“Brother am so sorry to say this but am giving u a maximum of 24hrs to take of my msn gang trademark off ur platform,” he wrote.
“@talk2rayce am not commanding you…I just want to use this medium to advice you to take off my company msn gang trade mark you have been using to promote ur platform pls …cos you know you have never been signed on under the label …am saying this cos I gave you your 1st ever visa n took you to the international airport for the 1st time…also paid for ur flight 2 and gave u bta in dollars. now you desire to pay me bck by backstabbing me…am a nice young man wth to much understanding that why am advising you ….brother am so sorry to say this but am giving u a maximum of 24hrs to take of my msn gang trademark off ur platform …if not …I dnt fink any one should blame me for my next action cheers,” the singer admonished Rayce.
Recall that the self acclaimed music taliban, earlier this year revealed plans to sue his ex-manager, Danku and Rayce.
According to him, Rayce and Danku shot a video with his MSN logo without permission.
” I am going to sue Danku, his artiste, Rayce, and one HD who shot the video because they used my logo without my permission,” he disclosed.
Explaining further, the MSN gang boss, who parted ways with his ex-manager in 2015, said, “He (Danku) says he owns MSN Gang but that is a big lie. I registered that company name myself and created every logo of the company. He now manages an artiste, Rayce, and he put my logo on the guy’s work after I warned him not to do so. Because of that, I will let the law decide who is wrong between us.”
And now it seems like Oritsefemi can’t take the alleged inappropriate us of his logo and has called out the singer on social media.
