The University College Hospital, Ibadan, have announced the appointment of its fifteenth,

Chairman Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC). The hospital appointed Dr. Abiodun Moshood Adeoye as the Chairman Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC) following the expiration of the term of Dr. Victor Ifeolu Akinmoladun.
In a post the hospital gave credits to the achievements of Dr. Adeoye. According to UCH Ibadan, Dr Adeoye has a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Ibadan, coupled with a masters degree in Epidemiology, from the same university.
Dr Adeoye is a member of some medical bodies. He is member of the International Society of Hypertension, the West African College of Physicians and the Nigerian Cardiac Society.
Dr Adeoye is a consultant cardiologist to the University College Hospital in the Department of Medicine, and also a member of several learned and professional institutions as well as social and voluntary organizations. His area of specialization is on hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, to name a few.
Dr Adeoye has over fifty articles published to his credits, and has authored and co-authored several books.
UCH Ibadan however stated that his appointment which takes effect from 1st November, 2020 was approved by the Board of Management of the Hospital and will last for a period of two years.
