Zenith Bank Plc has today alerted it’s customers over scams purported to defraud unsuspecting customers. The Bank noted that it will not require customers personal banking information like ATM card pin, token code, card details etcthrough call, sms, or email.
The bank in a post stated that Zenith Bank doesn’t have any WhatsApp number and will not request for customers sensitive information through Whatsapp.
Zenith Bank Plc, thereby urged their customers not to respond to such scam messages or call and immediately contact the bank on 012787000 or on 070ZENITHBANK.
Customers can as well block debit transactions on their account by dialling *966*911# on any mobile phone and follow the next instruction displayed on their screen.
