I Hope Messi Returns To Barcelona Before Retiring – Marc-Andre ter Stegen

Barcelona goalkeeper, Marc-Andre ter Stegen has come out to say that he still hopes Lionel Messi will return to the club. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, several Barcelona players are still in touch with the Inter Miami star since he moved from PSG, and he would surely have been an asset for La Liga this season.

Ter Stegen added that Barcelona will always be Messi’s favorite club, and he might actually return someday.

His words, “He would certainly have been an asset for us. Maybe he’ll return in another role at some point. Barcelona is his club and will always be a big part of his life. Many people here are still in contact with him. A few players he was very close with are now in Miami with him.”
