Pulisic Is Yet To Absorb The History And Greatness Of AC Milan – Marcel Desailly

Christian Pulisic needs to work on himself so he can complete his transformation from being a Chelsea outcast to becoming a leader at AC Milan, Marcel Desailly has said. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, the American forward needs time to understand and accept the leadership role that the Italian club is asking of him this season.

Marcel added that Pulisic has to absorb the history of AC Milan and realize he has to always play at his maximum.

His words, “I still do believe that they’re a team who still have to build up knowledge and capability. Like when you see Leao is inconsistent, he doesn’t have that consistency in the game, they still have to learn. Christian Pulisic also needs time to understand and accept the leadership that we’re asking of him. He wasn’t playing all the time at Chelsea and coming into Milan, he needs to understand and absorb the history of the club. San Siro is a magnificent garden where you have to digest the intensity of what is required every weekend. So, they don’t have the foundation yet.”
