Federico Chiesa’s father has come out to say that regrets are just the alibis for losers. He recently played down exit talk surrounding his son’s Liverpool career, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, Chiesa is very happy at Liverpool, and now he has a great opportunity to win the EPL title during his first year in England.
He added that the Reds are a top English club that every footballer would be lucky to play for.
His words, “Federico is very happy at Liverpool, he is at a top club that is leading the Premier League and now we hope he can win the title! He is there to have his say, he has a great opportunity.
I told him over the summer what I’ve been saying since he was a kid, because the truth is, until the age of 15, he didn’t really play that often. When he’d ask what he should do, I told him to keep training, don’t give up, make sure you are ready when the moment comes.
