Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has come out to say that a lot can still happen at the Bernabéu. This is coming as the defending champions suffered a crushing 3-0 defeat away from home vs Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, even if it currently seems like there is no chance after tonight, things always change in football, and his players will only have to believe.

Ancelotti added that his boys clearly lacked unity at the Emirates stadium, but they’ve staged a successful comeback too many times before.
His words, “A lot can happen at the Bernabéu. It seems that after tonight there is no chance, but in football there are always changes. Nobody expected Arsenal to score two goals from set pieces, but these things happen sometimes. We have to believe. It was a tough defeat, obviously, we didn’t expect this, but after the 2-0… in set pieces… we fell apart a bit. We finished the match badly. This team usually reacts, but the last 30 minutes were very bad. We have to be self-critical. And think about doing everything possible to try to come back.
It’s difficult to explain. We lacked a joint reaction, unity. We lost order on the field and from then on, they controlled the ball better. Today they showed better quality, attitude, working as a block. We have to be quite critical. For an hour we were not bad. The result should not make us throw everything away. It’s very difficult to come back, but in the first half we did several things very well. We had chances to take the lead. And the physical work was of a very high level. We’ve done it many times and it’s time to do it again. It’s complicated, but we have to try from the first minute to the last.”
WOW.
Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, commonly referred to as Real Madrid, is a Spanish professional football club based in Madrid. The club competes in La Liga, the top tier of Spanish football.
Real Madrid has maintained the white shirt for its home kit throughout the history of the club. There was, however, one season that the shirt and shorts were not both white. It was an initiative undertaken by Juan Padrós in honor of an English team Corinthian F.C., which he had met on one of his trips, one of the most famous teams at the time known for its elegance and sportsmanship.
It was under Florentino Pérez’s first presidency (2000–2006) that Real Madrid started its ambition of becoming the world’s richest professional football club. The club ceded part of its training grounds to the city of Madrid in 2001, and sold the rest to four corporations: Repsol YPF, Mutua Automovilística de Madrid, Sacyr Vallehermoso and OHL.
Hala Madrid is a magazine published quarterly for the Real Madrid club members and the Madridistas Fan Club card holders. The phrase Hala Madrid, meaning “Forward Madrid” or “Go Madrid”, is also the title of the club’s official anthem, which is often sung by the Madridistas (the club’s fans).
