Ex-BBNaija housemate Groovy has come out to open up about his love for fashion and staying fit. He recently shared that contrary to popular belief, staying fit and stylish isn’t so easy.
According to him, he never wants Nigerians to believe that staying consistent or having it easy is his constant reality, because the honest truth is that he sometimes struggles to even make it to the gym.

Groovy added that he mainly focuses on maintaining a balanced diet and staying hydrated so that even when he falters with his fitness routine, it won’t be difficult for him to get back on track.
His words, “I don’t want anybody to hear my voice and be under the impression that I am always staying consistent or finding it easy.
There are times I struggle to even make it to the gym but I always tell myself, if I’m eating right and staying hydrated, it won’t be difficult to bounce back. It’s about consistency, even when it’s tough.”
On his Nollywood plans, “I am looking forward to being in more movies. A lot of people forget that I am also an actor.
I know that I’m pushing my sports and lifestyle brand right now and a lot of people focus on that, but at the same time, I am looking forward to being an award-winning actor in the future.”
WOW.

The first season of the show first aired on DStv Channel 37 from March 5 to June 4, 2006. In a twist to the game, two new contestants were introduced on Day 23, much to the excitement of the remaining housemates.
Ebuka, the most popular housemate for several weeks into the show and widely believed to emerge the winner was the seventh housemate to be evicted; many viewers blame the Joe’s Fan Club (JFC) for his eviction. Joe himself was soon evicted from the show.
Big Brother added another twist to the game on day 79 by cancelling the day’s scheduled nominations and making the housemates believe they will instead be evicted based on their performances on assigned tasks while in reality no more evictions were held and viewers began voting for the winner who turned out to be 26-year-old Katung Aduwak.
