FIFA president Gianni Infantino has said that the football association is learning from issues at the CWC this summer. He recently had his say while speaking to reporters in Manhattan, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, football stadiums with roofs will be used at the 2026 Men’s World Cup amid concerns of severe weather, and the cooling breaks will be a regular occurrence throughout the tournament.

Gianni added that every criticism FIFA has received during the Club World Cup has been another opportunity to improve.
His words, “Every criticism we receive is a source for us to study and analyse what we can do better.
Of course, the heat is an issue. Last year, at the Olympic Games in Paris, games during the day, in all sports, took place in very hot conditions.
Cooling breaks are very important, and we will see what we can do, but we have stadiums with roofs, and we will definitely use these stadiums during the day next year.”
WOW.
