Morgan Gibbs-White has extended his contract with Nottingham Forest until 2028. The extension happened despite Tottenham triggering his £60 million ($81m) release clause, and fans have been reacting.
According to the club, the decision to keep Gibbs White at Nottingham Forest is a statement of intent from the owner, and the captain is expected to deliver many more great games alongside his teammates.

Earlier this month, speculation intensified as reports surfaced suggesting Gibbs-White was poised to complete a medical at Tottenham Hotspur.
That move, however, hit multiple roadblocks and the player has signed a one-year extension with the club, which will now keep him for three more years with the Tricky Trees.
It read, “A statement of intent from our owner Evangelos Marinakis, as Morgan Gibbs-White signs a record deal at the Club until the summer of 2028. 🤝”
WOW.
