Popular singer Lewis Capaldi has said that Eminem’s music helps him to sleep. Lewis recently revealed that he enjoys listening to the chart-topping lyricist before dozing off on a flight.
Speaking during an interview with Apple Music, the musician disclosed that Eminem’s songs put him at ease as soon as they come on.

According to him, he finds the rapper’s tracks extremely soothing, and they never fail to keep him relaxed to the point of sleeping.
“If I’m going to fall asleep, especially on a plane, I put on Eminem because I feel like it really puts me at ease.
I listen to a lot of the older stuff like The Marshall Mathers LP and The Eminem Show – for some reason it lulls me into a delightful little sleep.
Or I’ll put on some of my own demos which also really knock me out,” he said.
Lewis further noted that he’ll always be an anxious person because he doesn’t see himself ever overcoming his struggles with anxiety.
The talented artist, however, concluded by saying that stopping his use of anti-depressants has helped him feel better in recent months.
“I was f****** hard to get off it. You could say I survived getting off Sertraline but let’s not get into that.
This is happy stuff, I’m trying to share less.
I’ve felt the best I’ve felt in a long time through therapy.
I think I will always be an anxious person, accepting that’s always going to be there for me is a big thing. It’s about how I respond to anxiety,” he added.
