Popular Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has said that Aliko Dangote will likely face no legal consequences over a recent accident that left BBNaija star Phyna’s sister, Ruth Otabor, critically injured. Recall that the incident, which occurred at Auchi Polytechnic in Edo State, involved a Dangote Group truck that allegedly hit Ruth and a commercial bike rider, leaving her with one leg amputated and the other at risk, while the rider remains in critical condition.
Phyna has since accused the company and police of neglecting the victims’ welfare, and Nigerians have been reacting.

Also reacting, VDM disclosed that if the accident was caused by an ordinary citizen, legal action would have been taken immeidately, however, Dangote’s wealth and status places him beyond the reach of the judiciary, the government, and even the police.
VeryDarkMan concluded by saying that the only solution might be for Phyna to beg the popular businessman to help her sister.
“Neither the government, the judiciary, nor the executive can challenge Dangote, and even the police can’t act against him. We can’t take him to court — the only option is to plead with him to assist the victims,” he added.
