Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi has come out to say that scoring for England was an amazing feeling. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, despite his recent club saga on deadline day, it is always a great feeling to join up with the national team and play alongside a superb group of players.

Guehi added that he was over the moon after his goal during the international break, and he hopes it’ll be his first of many for England.

His words, “It’s been great! It’s always easy coming here, such a good group of players, good group of staff. We are all working towards one goal.

I’m just over the moon. It’s a fantastic feeling. You work really hard growing up, so to score a goal for your country is the best feeling.”
