Nollywood actress and filmmaker Bimbo Ademoye has said that her movie titled “To Be A Friend” is set to return to YouTube months after it was taken down. She recently flaunted a poster of the film on Instagram alongside the announcement.
According to her, she wept bitterly when the movie had to be taken down over her little mistake, but mercy has come through to trigger its return to YouTube.

Bimbo stated that losing a whopping 6 million views after 3 weeks because of an avoidable error was heartbreaking.
“We’re coming back! I remember when I had to take TBAF down.
I cried my eyes out. A silly avoidable mistake cost me a movie with almost six million views in its 3rd week.
I almost lost everything, but mercy said no!” she wrote.
The moviestar further noted that she intends to share the real story behind her decision to remove the project from the platform in the future.
Bimbo concluded by urging filmmakers not to help everyone who slides into their DM asking for assistance.
“One day, I’ll tell you the real story behind me taking down To Be A Friend.
My advice to fellow filmmakers: just because they slide into your DM asking for help doesn’t mean you should help them.
Some people are born evil and would do anything to reap where they didn’t sow,” she added.
