Hollywood actor Keanu Reeves has reacted to marriage rumours trailing him and his girlfriend, Alexandra Grant. This comes after Alexandra quashed the reports, saying that they are not a married couple yet.
Speaking during an interview with E! News, Keanu revealed that he is never bothered about such rumours whenever they start circulating.
According to him, even though the speculation does not affect him at all, he can only praise his woman for letting everyone know the truth.
He stated that such reports have trailed their relationship in times past, so he is already used to it.
“Well, that wasn’t the first time. The wedding, it’s a nice thing. People did a lot of nice messages and stuff, but Alexandra just did a wonderful [job] addressing. Like, ‘Thank you, but here’s the reality.’” he said.
Recall that Alexandra Grant recently denied reports that she secretly tied the knot with Keanu.
The 52-year-old artist took to Instagram to appreciate fans for their “congratulations,” before making it clear that the rumours are not true.
Alongside a photo of herself kissing Reeves, she wrote, “This is a real photo. Not an engagement photo or an AI wedding announcement… simply a kiss! Except we didn’t get married.”
Alexandra concluded by saying that while good news is always welcome, fake news should not be encouraged online and offline.
