Former Brazil goalkeeper Emerson Leao has criticised Ancelotti’s appointment as manager. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, Ancelotti‘s appointment reflects the sad state of Brazilian coaching, and his lack of familiarity with domestic talent will make the job difficult for him.
Leao added that Carlo’s communication style is also not suitable for the crop of Brazilian players he’ll have to manage.
His words, “I’m disappointed that a foreigner had to come because our own coaches haven’t delivered.
