The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has taken an early lead in results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from four polling units at LEA Primary School, Kubwa II, in Bwari Area Council.
The contest is largely between the ADC and the All Progressives Congress (APC) after the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chairmanship candidate in Bwari stepped down shortly before the election in support of the APC candidate.
According to the tally released so far, ADC secured a total of 67 votes across the four polling units within the school, while APC trailed with 40 votes.

The Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) placed third with 21 votes, while the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) recorded 20 votes.
DAILY POST reports that the polling centre has 4,063 registered voters, with 181 voters turning out to cast their ballots.
