Arsenal striker Viktor Gyökeres has said that the Gunners weren’t helped by a dry pitch at the Emirates Stadium. This comes as the EPL leaders saw their title hopes took a hit with a 2-1 defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, even though the pitch could have been in better condition, the players need to do better with the chances the team creates.

He, however, added that Arsenal must remain confident moving forward despite the latest setback.
His words, “We had some OK chances in the end. The pitch was maybe a bit dry there to be honest, so that didn’t help.
We all need to do better and take our chances.
Yeah, very confident. I think we don’t need to get stuck too much on what happened today and look forward. Think positive and look forward to the games.”
