Former Kano State Governor and Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) vice-presidential candidate, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has described the 2027 general election as a battle between Nigerians and their oppressors.
Kwankwaso stated that the forthcoming election would provide Nigerians with an opportunity to decide the direction of the country.
He urged Nigerians to remain united and resist what he described as attempts by political leaders to continue oppressing the people.
The NDC chieftain maintained that the electorate must make informed choices and vote for leaders capable of addressing the challenges confronting the country.
Kwankwaso also called for greater political awareness and participation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He said Nigerians must work together to achieve the desired political change and ensure that their votes count.
