Mikel Arteta has said that the English Premier League remains the best division in the world despite Manchester City being found guilty of breaking financial rules. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Responding to questions about potential sanctions for MCFC, Arteta stated that he can only have a clear opinion about the financial saga once it is resolved.

The Spaniard added that until a final verdict is announced, he won’t be making any comment.
His words, “There is a process there again that is not resolved, it’s ongoing and we can have I think a much clearer opinion once it’s been resolved. Up to now I’m not prepared to make any comments.
I understand the question where they’re coming from. It’s a lot of noise around it, it’s an ongoing process that is not resolved yet and I think we need to respect it.
100 per cent. It is the best league in the world in my opinion, yes, for many reasons and as well because I’ve been here for over 20 years and it will continue to be the best league in the world.”
