Italy legend Fabio Cannavaro has said that Paris Saint-Germain forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia deserves to win the 2026 Ballon d’Or. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the skilful winger’s extraordinary UEFA Champions League performances should place him ahead of high-profile candidates like Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi.
The World Cup winner added that Kvaratskhelia‘s impact in Europe sets him apart from the rest of the competition.

In last season’s Champions League, Kvaratskhelia was the most influential player from a footballing standpoint, and if I had to choose, I would have no doubt.
