AC Milan manager Ruben Amorim has said that Samuel Chukwueze will be assessed over the next few days following a hip injury. The Nigeria international missed the club’s Wednesday training session ahead of AC Milan’s UEFA Europa League clash against Premier League side Bournemouth.
According to the Portuguese coach, the club will continue to monitor the winger’s condition before making a decision on his availability.

Amorim added that there will be a lot of rotation in the coming weeks to avoid exhaustion for the rest of the season.
His words, “Tomorrow we will see the starting XI. Gonçalo has nothing serious. Chukwueze is a little bit different. I will see in the next few days.
We are going to assess Chukwueze.
But if you look at all of Europe, teams with a lot of competitions have a lot of problems with injuries.
We are trying to make our rotations, we are trying to prepare every player to play the game. Cisse is going to play tomorrow, I already said that.
The position, you have to wait until tomorrow.”
