The Action Alliance (AA) has announced April 27 as the date for its Ondo State governorship primaries in preparation for the November 16 poll.
Mr. James Vernimbe, the AA National Secretary, made this known in a statement released on Thursday in Abuja.
In the statement, Vernimbe notified the public of the party’s decision to hold its governorship primary election at 8:00 am prompt on April 27 at No. 69B Hospital Road, Akure.
He also confirmed that the party had informed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of the election, specifying that the mode of the election would be indirect, using the option A4 method.
Vernimbe appealed for the support of all party members to ensure a peaceful and successful primary election process.
