Chief Edozie Njoku, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has called upon Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo to prioritize peace within the party.
This plea follows the dismissal of forgery allegations by an Abuja High Court on Tuesday, brought forth by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
The charges, initially filed on November 22, 2022, implicated Njoku and APGA’s Youth leader, Chukwuemeka Nwoga, in an alleged conspiracy to tamper with a Supreme Court judgment delivered by Justice Mary Peter Odili (rtd).

Njoku, addressing reporters in Abuja, accused Governor Soludo of diverting state resources to wage a war against him, diverting focus from rebuilding the party that facilitated Soludo’s governorship.
Njoku suggested that Soludo consider joining the All Progressives Congress (APC) and allow dedicated APGA members to continue their association in harmony.
In his statement, Njoku remarked, “Let us have peace in APGA. If he wants to join APC, that’s not a problem, but he should allow those who believe in APGA to settle down.
I’m calling on Charles Soludo, let’s end it now.”
This call for unity comes in the aftermath of legal challenges and aims to refocus the party’s efforts on internal cohesion and growth.
