Arsenal can still secure Champions League qualification despite their current league position, according to Nwankwo Kanu.
After their latest victory vs Newcastle, AFC are now 10th in the top-flight standings after 26 games, with 6 losses, 13 draws and only 7 victories thus far.
According to Kanu, a high finish is still very much possible and the club just has to make sure they stop losing games.
He added that Arsenal has decent strikers that can win games and they just need to beef up the defence to be safe at the back.
His words, ‘Why not? who says we can’t?”
“The first thing Arsenal must do is make good selections and don’t lose games.
“We have good strikers and that can help us win games. If we can beef up our defence and nobody scores against us then that is a plus.
“At the moment, we are getting draws but the time we start winning; the confidence level will be very high.”
