Arsenal defender Piero Hincapie has strongly defended the club’s pragmatic tactical evolution and heavy reliance on set-pieces under manager Mikel Arteta. The Gunners are currently sitting seven points clear at the Premier League summit, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the club’s robust approach of prioritising crucial victories over beautiful football to finally secure the elusive title is absolutely legal.
The defender added that Arsenal‘s gritty approach is very justified because it does not go against the rules.
