Atiku Abubakar’s Special Assistant on Public Communication Phrank Shaibu has claimed that President Bola Tinubu intends to reward the former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, with a ministerial post.
Shaibu claimed that the promotion of Wike to minister was an expression of gratitude for his role in helping Tinubu win the presidential election in Rivers State.
He claimed that the outcomes in Rivers and other states proved that the last presidential election couldn’t be taken seriously.

Shaibu, in a signed statement, expressed his sadness at Tinubu’s plans to give Wike a ministerial portfolio, despite the fact that a petition against the former governor had garnered nearly 300,000 signatures.
The statement claims, in part, that “what INEC has uploaded on IREV clearly evidences that the Presidential election in Rivers State was clearly rigged.”
Almost 300,000 Nigerians have signed a change.org petition calling for Governor Wike to be denied entry to other countries.
Tinubu is about to reward Wike for that embarrassing election by making him a minister.
“That’s too bad. And this is the person who claimed to have worked to make June 12 a reality?
