Just less than 2 days to the General election, INEC in Kaduna State just announced that 3,659,996 residents have retrieved their Permanent Voter’s Cards ahead of the Saturday’s election. Alhaji Kaugama Abdullahi, INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner for Kaduna State, shared this information recently. However, he also said 244, 092 persons will not vote. His words, “This is because they failed to turn up to collect their PVCs before the close of the last deadline of February 11, as set by the commission.”
