The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has said investigation is ongoing in a bank saga where two suspects were intercepted with 2.8 million dollars at Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu. The Association of Sabbatarian Youths of Nigeria (ASYN) has blasted the use of their day of worship –Saturdays for elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris, on Saturday said the police had completed training of 6, 000 newly recruited constables in its schools across Nigeria. In his statement during the passing out parades at the police training schools in Maiduguri, Enugu and Minna, Idris noted that the constables had completed their seven month basic police training.
