Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun on Monday revealed that the state was losing between N3 billion and N5 billion as revenue monthly from haphazard toll collection. Amosun cried out about the huge loss of revenue by the state due to unorganised toll revenue collection, saying the new scheme would address the identified inadequacies of the former method.
