Gov Simon Lalong of Plateau has declared a three-day mourning period in honour of Mr Samuel Galadima, Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, who died on Wednesday during morning exercise. Senator Melaye added Harvard to his educational profile, but the school says he only participated in a development course which lasted one week.
