Veteran Yoruba actress, Kudirat Ajimati, is dead. She reportedly passed on Tuesday morning, November 15, 2016, in Ogun State. Ajimati has since been buried according to the Islamic rites and customs. She is survived by an aged mother. Finance Minister, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun has constituted a committee to recover N450 billion operating surpluses, which 31 agencies of government failed to remit. President Muhammadu Buhari has said that the Federal High Court doesn’t have the power to stop the prosecution of judges accused of corruption. Buhari made the argument through his lawyer, Chiesonu Okpoko, in objection to a suit filed by one Olukoya Ogungbeje to stop the government from trying the judges.
