Opening the annual ceremony with a dramatic surprise show, Beyonce brought her Formation tour to the BET Awards with the giant stage pool for Freedom. She tore up the stage barefooted while in a pool, in formation and flanked by her female troupe of dancers. Taken from her latest album Lemonade, Beyonce sang: ‘Freedom, freedom!
