The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Moses Cleopas of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as winner of Bayelsa Central Senatorial bye-election. INEC Returning Officer, Associate Prof. Emmanuel Akpan of the Federal University, Otuoke (FUO) announced the results.
