Announcing his defection on Tuesday in Abuja, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rep Femi Gbajabiamila, said Shiddi attributed his defection to division in his former party. Alhaji Salihu Lukman, Director-General, Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF) has called for sanction against traditional and community leaders where kidnappings and banditry occur to serve as a deterrent to others.
