The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has imposed an “applicable sanction” on Aero Contractors Airlines in line with Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (NCARs), following an embarrasing situation that saw the airline disembark passengers from one of its aircraft using a ladder. Nigeria will borrow as much as N984 billion locally and N900 billion abroad to fund its budget deficit which is expected to double to N2.2 trillion in 2016.
