The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has imposed an “applicable sanction” on Aero Contractors Airlines in line with Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (NCARs), following an embarrasing situation that saw the airline disembark passengers from one of its aircraft using a ladder.
