The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday said it had embarked on a restructuring exercise as part of efforts to ensure the success of the 2015 general elections. One of Nigeria’s indigenous airlines, Aero Contractors, has been found culpable by the Consumer Protection Council (CPC) of gross abuse of the rights of passengers of its November 8, 2013, Abuja-Lagos bound flight AJ132 and has ordered the company to pay each of the affected passengers N41, 000 within 30 days.
