The federal case against Sean “Diddy” Combs has been tagged the most expensive prostitution trial in American history by legal experts. Defence attorney and former prosecutor Neama Rahmani recently revealed that massive resources has gone into the case.
According to her, if prosecutors failed to secure a racketeering conviction against Diddy, it was always going to lead to a massive financial blow to the government.

She added that the defense presenting SMSes that suggested many of the participants were willing made it tough to prove sex trafficking.
Her words, “This case was always going to hinge on racketeering. If the government doesn’t get a RICO conviction, this will be a huge loss and the most expensive prostitution trial in American history.
Consent is a defense.
What a tremendous loss for the prosecution. And a huge win for the defense.”
