Spurs manager, Jose Mourinho has reacted to reports of Gareth Bale joining the club this window.
Jose recently ignored the rumors and insisted that the Welshman is still contracted in the Spanish capital.
According to him, he cannot comment on the rumors because he cannot confirm or deny the reports until it actually happens.
He added that he respects the fact that Bale is a Real Madrid player and he can’t talk about a player in a different team.
His words, “I cannot comment, I don’t comment on something that I don’t know,”
“For me, at this moment, until I’m told Gareth Bale is a Tottenham player, I still think and feel and respect the fact that he’s a Real Madrid player, so I’m not going to comment on a Real Madrid player.”
