Arsenal defender, Riccardo Calafiori has picked up a knee injury, Mikel Arteta has said. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, despite suffering the injury in the game vs Leicester City, Riccardo and Ben White are in contention to feature in the UCL clash vs PSG.
Arteta added that Califiori got a bit emotional after picking up the injury, so the club will keep monitoring his recovery.
His words, “Those are the two players (Calafiori and White) that are in contention (for the PSG match) and we have to review today. We didn’t do any training session yesterday. Califiori was a bit emotional after the game. Let’s see how he is today.”
