Chatting Spot Invents New Wireless Social Media Networking System

Ventura, CA, June 25, 2014 –(PR.com)– Chatting Spot has developed a patent pending technology to be marketed under the trademark Chatting Spot to provide the equivalent of an internet based match making or business networking service for travelers who are located within walking distance of each other. The technology the company has developed enables travelers to be aware of the service without downloading apps or enabling their GPS location on their hand held devices.

Because the service is restricted to travelers within walking distance of each other this means that many people with similar social or business interests can be aware they are in close proximity of each other and quickly meet in person.

The Chatting Spot system enables travelers to log on anonymously to the service from a hand held device, create a profile about their interests on the Chatting Spot database so that others can find them and engage in one-on-one text chatting. The innovation in Chatting Spot is its ability to connect people in person within minutes of determining via one-on-one text chat that they would like to meet each other. The technology in the system enables travelers to meet and talk to each other without revealing their full name, email address or any other personal details. So in the same way a traveler may chat to a fellow passenger sitting beside them in a plane no personal details maybe revealed if there is no obvious mutual interest, the Chatting Spot system offers the same ability to have casual conversations with other travelers but in a much wider walking distance area.

The Chatting Spot service provides free browsing of the database of users logged onto the system by selected profiles and offers free person to person text chatting for a limited period after which time users pay a small charge per minute to continue chatting to each other.

The Chatting Spot service is not available to users outside the designated service areas and so all users of the service know that all other users on the database are within walking distance of their location.
