The All Progressives Congress (APC) claims that Atiku Abubakar’s (the PDP’s presidential contender in 2023) baseless allegations.
Atiku’s claims were dismissed as “arrant nonsense” in a statement released by the party’s National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka on Saturday.
He claimed that the ruling party would have no reason to respond to Atiku’s statement.

According to the spokeswoman, Atiku’s statement claimed that the APC and its government are involved in a scheme to intimidate members of the judiciary in order to unjustly influence the result of ongoing cases.
Morka emphasised that despite Atiku and his henchmen’s wild, empty, and mischievous charges, they provided no evidence to back them up.
The ruling party has faith and confidence in the courts to dispense electoral justice in accordance with the Constitution and all applicable laws, according to a spokeswoman, who emphasised that President Bola Tinubu and the APC won the election handily.
There is nothing in Atiku Abubakar’s statement that warrants a response from the APC,” he continued. It’s complete rubbish, devoid of any logic or substance.
As the author puts it, “it’s only imaginable purpose is a childish attempt to float an alibi to deflect the shame of a highly probable defeat in court, having miserably failed to make out a credible case to justify his bogus claim that he won the last Presidential Election.”
