French journalist, Daniel Riolo has come out to blast Roberto De Zerbi for his handling of Mason Greenwood. This is coming after Marseille slumped to a third-straight Ligue 1 loss, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, De Zerbi losing to a Reims side that don’t beat anyone in France is indeed shameful, and the fact that his team even conceded three goals is a disaster.
Daniel added that Greenwood isn’t coming back under Roberto because his kind of management just doesn’t suit his playing style.
His words, “You play Reims who don’t beat anyone… You lose 1-0 because you’re robbed, but here, no, you conceded three and that follows a very bad run. Greenwood isn’t coming back, he’s no longer there. De Zerbi’s management with Greenwood isn’t working.”
