Ajax striker, Brian Brobbey has come out to say that he turned down an approach from Manchester United this summer in favour of rejoining his current club. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he just wanted to return to Ajax this summer despite Erik Ten Hag wanting to work with him again because he has unfinished business at the club.
Brian added that his friends majorly stay in Holland as well and he loves Ajax’s playing style.

“Erik also wanted to work with me again, he texted me once to see if I was open to it. But I thanked him nicely and told him I wanted to go back to Ajax. My friends are here, Ajax’s playing style… it just wasn’t finished yet.”
