Arsenal Football Club have confirmed the signing of Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace. The 27-year-old has become the Gunners’ seventh summer signing following the earlier arrivals of Martin Zubimendi, Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera, Christian Norgaard and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Reacting, Mikel Arteta expressed his delight at securing the signing of the skilful midfielder, saying that his talent and intelligence make him a unique footballer.
The Spanish manager added that Eze‘s mentality and ambition are precisely what Arsenal needs to reach the next level.
